SHIPPING

Items are normally shipped via USPS or UPS within 1 to 3 business days of when the order was placed. Transit time within the US can range from 1 to 10 business days. At this time, we offer express or expedited shipping on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at [email protected] if you would like to overnight your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The international countries we currently ship to are Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, United Kingdom. If your country is not on this list and you would like to place an order, please contact us at [email protected]  to see if a shipment can be arranged. 

Transit time for international shipments is 3-4 weeks on average. Please note we are not responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred.

RETURNS POLICY: ONLINE ORDERS

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. Full price items (i.e. items not on sale or purchased using a promo code) may be exchanged or returned for a full refund less any shipping charges. Returns must be delivered to us within 30 days of the date you received the item(s). [Ex: If you received your order on the 1st of the month, it would need to be delivered back on our end by the 30th.] Returns delivered after 30 days and up to 60 days will be issued in the form of store credit. We cannot accept returns made more than 60 days after the original order date.

Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
